Podcasts are one of the easiest ways to get a burst of motivation and inspiration that can really get you thinking differently about yourself and your creative business.

Not exactly sure what a podcast is? Essentially, it's a regular radio show downloadable from the internet. Most are made independently, and there's a huge range to choose from on any conceivable topic. You can listen to podcasts simply using your smartphone or your computer.

As this is an audio-only format, you can listen in your car while on the school run, while on the treadmill or even while you are working. It's a great idea to develop a habit of carving out a bit of podcast time in the morning as a way of gaining focus, purpose and direction for the day ahead.
